Fold it and carry it in your pocket for a couple of weeks.
Makes one wonder why you need to age something that you've inkjet printed...
(just in case, bear in mind that duplicating currency is a federal offense that the Secret Service takes very seriously.)
Do you mean age as in look older???
I have done this for a few history projects-
Wrinkle the paper up into a ball a few times then flatten it out
Now, get a match and carefully burn the egdes.
The final effect is really cool!
Hold it close to heat (candle or stove burned, it should get a yellowish tint. Just be careful not to start a fire!
To get a pirate look, some people like to burn the edges a bit and then smother them real quick.
Mail it to yoruself.
