Anybody know how to get black printer ink out of beige carpet ?

I would try paint thinner. It works, trust me.Anybody know how to get black printer ink out of beige carpet ?
Take bottle of hairspray in the can and spray it then blot it with papper towl.Hairspray works great with any ink.Anybody know how to get black printer ink out of beige carpet ?
If it's ink from a home printer like Cannon, etc., then it's water soluble ink. Just use a damp rag on it, blotting until the spot is gone. I removed red printer ink from beige carpet this way and it completely came out.
