Cheepest home printer for the ink money?

I have a printer that now only prints around 30 sheets per ink cartage and that cost $22.00 to buy a new one and can't be refilled. Can anybody tell me a good printer that I can refill the cartage's at home and get more pages printed from the cartage's than 30 pages?Cheepest home printer for the ink money?
get an Epson R280 and get a refillable or what so called Continuous Ink System. Here are two good choices -

R280 CIS

HP deskjet printer.. it only cost around $40 (aus) and the cartridges can be refilled 3 times before having to buy new ones. The refill costs $10. The new one cost around $50 for the black and colour cartridges.and I get heaps of usage out of them..
Get a Kodak printer ESP 3. The ink is very resealable just about $14.95 for all colors.

I left the link for the printer below. Then you purchase the Ink from Kodak. This is a great system for the right price - for the next few years.
Go to the Epson website and check out Clearance. Printers are refurbs and the warranty is the same as the new ones. Free S%26amp;H. Then go to the website and buy a CISS for the printer you selected. The CISS will save you TONS of money and almost never run out of ink. http://www.inkproducts.com/ink-store/
