one of those oral jet plaque removers work great and if you can find it at a yard sale it will be cheap ( like who would want to use something in there mouth that has been in someone else's)
use a mix of 7 or 10 percent alcohol and the rest warm waterHow can I clean my ink printer cartriges from dried built up ink?
Alcohol and a swab...be gentle as to not damage the print head.
