i have two hp new cartriges but my printer keeps saying they are empty,and will not work at all help me please sheila.How to get my printer ink level to reset?
Did you check if the cartridges have their plastic seal removed?
If they are new they often have a strip of brightly colored plastic that covers the nozzles.How to get my printer ink level to reset?
