I am going to buy a color printer, and I rather want a laser printer than an ink printer, since the quality of the printed papers is higher. But I wonder, is it much more expensive per page printed if you have a laser printer than if your printer uses ink?Is a laser printer much more costly than an ink printer?

The cartdrige is more expensive to but than inkjet, but the cost per page is way cheaper on a Laser..That's for sure.

You need to do some comparison shopping, figuring not only the cost of the printers themselves but also the cartridges for them. Also, look at the difference in laser printers in color-capable versus black and white only. Some of my friends use black-and-white-only laser printers for all documents for the crispness of the print, but keep inkjet printers for color work.
