I work at Walgreens in the photo department and part of my job is to refill ink cartridges which is a messy job. The ink dries in literally 10 seconds and scrubbing my hands with just soap and water only takes off like 30% of it. Seriously, spray hair spray on your hands then wipe your hands off on a soft cloth. Repeat until the ink is gone. Hair spray removes many ink stains %26amp; I know this, because I have had good luck removing ink from clothing %26amp; objects this way.
go to an automotive auto parts store or walmart store and get a hand cleaner called fast orange it works good for getting ink off hands too :)
