Can you take printer ink on a plane as handcarry?

I'm taking a printer with me on a plane, but I was wondering if printer ink is allowed? Can you take printer ink on a plane as handcarry?
I think their size is the key, so probably yes as long as you dont have a ton of them.

Print cartridge is in the liquid form and yes, you can take it.

I recently did without a problem. Its best to keep it in the original package.
Yes, and if it's a new cartridge, keep it in the unopened package. I don't think printer ink is in liquid form. I think it's powder like copier ink.
For ink cartridges installed in the printer, I doubt they'd even notice. If you're bringing spare ink carts, put them in the baggie with your toothpaste.
