a color jet leaked red on my tan leather upholstery. The car is leased! How do i remove printer ink from leather?
use ( goof off) it is called the ultimate remover any diy
i have used it for many years ( ps) get the one in plastic spray bottleHow do i remove printer ink from leather?
cheap hairspray
test spot first
Lemon juice. Only and exactly on the stain itself. Then some saddle soap followed by leather conditioner. And if the leather has been dyed and not natural, you're hooped. You'll have to cover the cost of replacement. If it doesn't work you have no choice but to inform the rental company, have them assess the damage and take the consequences ... but be nice about it. Ya catch more bees with honey than you do vinegar (or lemon juice).
Find a cleaners that cleans leather. Ask them to see what they can do. Leather is a whole different ball game when it comes to cleaning. Most cleaners won't even touch it.
I heard that nail polish remover can help, and vinager, and surprisingly hair spray. But let them soak.
