How do you remove printer ink from wood?

I accidentally spilled water on a piece of paper that was lying on my kitchen counter, which is made out of wood. There is some kind of protective glaze on the wood, I think. The ink on the piece of paper ran, and now I can't figure out how to clean it off from the counter. Can you help? Thanks very much. How do you remove printer ink from wood?

rubbing alcohol should do the trick. You might try a small amount of it on the counter in an inconspicuous place just to assure it doesn't mess with the glaze.
it is called oops you can get it anywhere wal mart ace hard ware kmart mejeris you name it and i am sure the have it it removes everything
i think you may need to recoat.
did you try farting on printer?
Rubbing alchohol works good too. I'd be careful that the Mr. Erasers doesn't take off the glaze.
oxy clean or a little hydrogen peroxide should remove it w/o ruining the wood.
