Gallotannate ink is used a pen ink. Also, it is said to be acidic.
For our thesis, we decided to use this kind of ink to substitute normal printer inks but we don't know if its safe for the printer. Is it gallotannate ink safe for printer? Like, can I substitute this kind of ink instead of normal printer ink?
It will clog up the cartridge %26amp; nozzles, smudge, flow unevenly. Not designed for the fast drying requirements of an inkjet so it will get all over the printer. Good luck with cleanup.

I would just throw the printer away after the experiment
