Printer ink?

I've replaced the ink cartriges but it's telling me they're low after printing a couple of things. What should I do?Printer ink?
What printer is it?





The ink levels haven't been reset.





If it' an older hp printer you might be able to take the cartridges out, turn the printer off then back on and then put the cartridges back in.





If it's a lexmark you can go to control panel/printers/right click on your printer and choose properties and there should be a maintainence tab or something similar that will let you reset the levelsPrinter ink?
Did you shake them before you put them in? If not take them out and give that a go, might be that the ink has settled.

Report it to the nearest computer shop.

Are they from the printer manufacturer, OEM? It could be that you have bought low capacity ones that are showing correctly. Buy larger capacity ones.


As to the person saying shake them-I didn't know liquid could settle.
Make sure everything is cleaned and do a test page.
I had this problem yesterday. I reloaded the printer cd and it solved the problem.
